STYLEBEE professionals come to you whether at your home, in the office, or in your hotel room. STYLEBEE has become a wonderful resource for weddings, photoshoots, corporate photoshoots. STYLEBEE helps companies for marketing and activation events such as beauty bars.
You can request beauty and grooming services from our iOS app as well as through our website.
If you want to use STYLEBEE on-the-go, download the STYLEBEE app from the App Store:

Select your service and tell us where and when you want your service; Also provide any information such as allergies or parking directions that will ensure your STYLEBEE experience is as smooth as possible.
On the following screen, please enter in your credit card information if you are a first time user. Repeat clients will not need to do this more than once (unless adding a new card).

Standard STYLEBEE services are available in San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, Houston, Atlanta and Minneapolis. For special events (weddings, large groups, photo shoots, etc), we are able to accommodate in other areas of the country with appropriate notice (email at support@stylebee.com).

Earlier and later start times can be accommodated with an applicable Early/Late Start Fee. For early morning appointments (any request before 9:00am), you must book by 9:00pm the day prior to your desired appointment.

For Makeup - be ready with a clean face, having applied your favorite moisturizer to your face (be sure to avoid your eyes).Our professionals will have products and tools with them, but please let them know if you have products that you would prefer they use, or if you have any allergies or special concerns.
For Blowout - wash your hair prior to the appointment and have a place to sit that is near an electrical outlet so we can plug in our hair dryers. Our professionals will have products and tools with them, but please let them know if you have products that you would prefer they use, or if you have any allergies or special concerns.
Nope! It’s true that a blowout is most often started from wet hair, however many of our clients opt for “dry styling” - our STYLEBEE stylists can make your hair look freshly blown out even from hair that’s already dry. This is also helpful for those of you with fine hair which often holds a curl better when started from “second day” hair.
For Updo - wash your hair the day before your appointment and set up a chair near a table on which the STYLEBEE professional can arrange the tools of their trade. Just like for a Blowout, our professionals will have products and tools with them, but please let them know if you have products that you would prefer they use, or if you have any allergies or special concerns.
Have the products that you typically use available, to help your artist better understand your current makeup routine. Set up a table and chair near good, natural light. STYLEBEE pros bring their favorite products, but in case of delicate skin, be sure to have items that you have no sensitivities to.
Yes! STYLEBEE works with an amazing team of artists, including professionals with up to 15 years of experience working with brides and large bridal parties (we can accommodate parties of up to 20 people).
We can! The best way to make a group reservation is to visit our website (rather than our app) - from there, you’ll be able to let us know exactly how many people are getting which services. Yes! STYLEBEE sends the best beauty professionals to you - wherever and (almost!) whenever your need us!
Many of our STYLEBEE clients have us come to their hotel rooms while traveling! Simply enter the hotel’s address into the location field when making your reservation and include the room number in the appointment notes. If you don’t know the room number when making the reservation, you may always update it at a later time.
We have hand picked each one of our professionally-trained stylists and makeup artists. Their experience varies from working at the top salons in your city to doing editorial, commercial, fashion, film and event work. The common thread is that they are incredibly talented and passionate about what they do.
STYLEBEE professionals have everything they need in their kits. They use professional products and tools, which are inspected during audition process to make sure that it meets STYLEBEE standards.
Your credit card will only be charged after the completion of your service or if you cancel last minute according to our cancellation policy.
STYLEBEE has made it easy for you to know exactly what your total appointment cost will be, without the need to handle cash. Your total charge will include 20% of the original service price, which will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Promo codes or other discounts are applied to the subtotal, not the service price. Additional tips in cash are at your discretion. If you feel you would like to give ADDITIONAL gratuity, you may do so in cash directly to your STYLEBEE professional.
You are able to book an appointment up to 2 months in advance if you are using an app, and up to 6 months if you use our website.
The first time you use STYLEBEE, your STYLEBEE professional will be selected for you based on your profile and the stylist’s proximity to you. We carefully select the STYLEBEE professionals we work with and ensure that they are properly licensed and we only allow the most talented and professional artists to join our network so that you’ll never have to worry about looking your best. However, if you’ve used STYLEBEE several times and you have a preference, you will be able to request a specific professional - we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request! Special requests should be made in the Notes section of your reservation details.
STYLEBEE allows you to make reservations for services 7 days a week. Our professionals take appointments from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Sunday. Please note that to make a reservation for 7:00am - 8:45am, your request must be submitted no later than 9:00pm the day prior to your desired appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, or change any of the appointment details, simply write us an email at support@stylebee.com.
To cancel an appointment request on our app:

If you are using our website you can cancel a reservation:
Your credit card will be charged only if you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours before your reservation time. If your reservation is in the morning between 7 and 8:45am, your credit card will be charged if you cancel anytime after 9pm of the day before. We offer, however, a 15-minute grace period - this means that if you make a reservation and cancel within the following 15 minutes, your credit card will not be charged.
We know things change, so we make it easy for you to cancel your reservations. If you cancel more than 4 hours before your appointment, we will not charge you any cancellation fee. If you have a morning reservation between 7am and 8:45am you can cancel anytime before 9pm the day before without being charged. STYLEBEE professionals might have rearranged their schedule to be there for you, and we are sure you understand our respect for their time and commitment to you and our STYLEBEE professionals.
Any reservation can be canceled in the first 15 minutes after you make it for no fee (even within our standard 4-hour cancellation window) - we know sometimes plans change at the drop of a hat!
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you feel that you’ve been charged a cancellation fee by mistake, reach out to us at support@stylebee.com.
We take timing seriously - it's important to us that your service starts when you've requested it. That being said, your stylebee will wait for you for 15 minutes. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, your stylebee might need to leave if she has another appointment right after yours. In this case, full service charges apply.
